Junior Task Manager/ Subject Matter Specialist

IronArch Technology is searching for a Junior Task Manager/ Subject Matter Specialist to provide Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR) services to the Department of the Air Force. This position will focus on performing financial statement audits, performance audits, service provider audits, examination and financial management consulting services related to audit readiness and compliance engagements.

Job Description
  • Responsibilities will include the following but no limited to:
    • Develop, design, and manage content on audit checklist, notifications to commands and service providers, process cycle memorandums, key supporting documentation matrix, complementary user entity control matrix, and service provider matrixes. Able to identify internal controls for weaknesses or process improvements
    • Coordinate preparation of corrective action plans (CAP), tracking and briefing status to leadership. Assist with closure memos, ensuring the supporting documentation is available for remediation testing
    • Communicate between the independent auditors and process owners at the major commands and service providers to facilitate an understanding of the process, being the point of contact for the independent auditors’ documentation requests.
Candidate Requirements
  • A strong understanding of the following Mechanization of Contract Administration Services (MOCAS) and Vendor Pay processes: Contracts, Miscellaneous Pay, Government Purchase Card (GPC) and the Transportation of Things (TOT) to include Household Goods, Freight, and Storage.
  • Experience managing and leading a team as well as client service skills that help deliver excellent services and support to the SAF/FM team and management
  • Provide technical expertise to develop, support, enhance, and enrich the team’s knowledge
Other Requirements
  • Must have a Secret Clearance (Active)
  • A minimum of 20 CPE credits each fiscal year and 120 credits over a three-year rolling period
