IronArch Technology is looking for a talented and motivated data scientist and analytics developer to help provide business insight from our data assets and provide new algorithms to solve data problems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate skills in SQL, ODBC, JDBC, REST, JSON, Xml data documents, Xml Schema documents and Excel. These individual will be expected to learn and understand the information needs of our clients and develop for the current and future data audit, forensics, and reconciliations. This individual will also recommend modifications to data process integrations and intelligence infrastructure. The right candidate will also be a successful communicator and self-starter with strong analytical skills who exhibits creativity, hustle, integrity, and teamwork.

  • Active Secret clearance
  • Four year degree in accounting or business management related field from an accredited institution
  • Four years of accounting or financial experience, including supervising and directing efforts of staff.  Financial statement audit experience or preparation of of assertion packages.
  • A minimum of 20 CPE credits each fiscal year and 120 credits over a three-year rolling period
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop required analytics projects in response to business needs
  • Contribute to data mining architectures, modeling standards, reporting and data analysis methodologies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate data mining results with existing systems.
  • Enforce data integrity, security, and stewardship.
  • Provide data structure, integration and intelligence solutions
  • Monitor data mining system performance and implement efficiency improvements.
  • Craft quality code and solutions for maintainability and extensibility
Desired Skills & Experience:
  • GAAP/GAGAS/ICOFR experience.
  • OMB Circulars A-123, A-127, A-134, A-136, and other OMB policies
  • FASAB, SSAC, and SFFAS experience
  • DoD and Air Force financial management policies and procedures
  • Air Force policies, systems, and procedures for personnel, acquisition, inventory, property, and material management
  • Familiarity with JOCAS and FMS

  • Financial systems experience a major plus
  • Accounting experience a plus
